The listing of Siemens Energy, about which the shareholders shall vote coming Tuesday, will change the Group structurally. As to the dimension and the effect, this de-merger is unique in the history of Siemens Group. This induces respect. However, I do not feel myself to be an orchestrator, but a member of the team.
